Indian Christian Mission Center is an evangelical and interdenominational registered organization with 80G privilege (Income Tax Exemption) and affiliated with Home Mission of India, (FCRA) New Delhi.
India has the world’s largest orphan population, because of the caste system and poverty leaving countless children without a future. ICMC’s vision and mission is to impart these countless orphan children living in southern part of India with the love of Jesus, through education, nourishment and caring. As per God’s command to humanity in the Holy Bible, we have to look after orphans and widows.
James chapter 1: 27 says “Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world”.
The Indian Christian Mission Center (ICMC) exists to serve over 2000 India’s orphans, widows and the Handicapped children, Children of Refugees and Leprosy people through House of Peace Orphanages. It also serves over 1000 children under Day Care programme in different villages through ICMC Churches. The House of Peace Orphanage has become the biggest orphanage in South India.
